A New Favorite Toy - Artful Delight Kit

I have some exciting news to share with you, my layout Love Your Laughter that I made for last week's Artful Delight post was featured in an online article at ScrapbookUpdate!
This week I thought I would do a birthday layout with that awesome Pebbles Hip Hip Hooray party paper that is in the kit, but then I stumbled across this photo of my son with a toy he received on his 5th birthday and my birthday layout morphed into this...

That herringbone paper was screaming chevrons at me. I have been wanting to do a layout with chevrons for a while now. I love how this turned out. This layout was made using papers from Echo Park This & That Graceful collection, Crate Paper Pretty Party, and the Bazzill Avalon Herringbone paper. It's amazing how Leeanne and Debbie pull items from different collections that coordinate so well!
