Imaginisce New Monthly Challenge + Design Team Call!!!

It's October already!!! I can't believe September is over already.

I turned 50 just over a week ago and I am still trying to digest that. Part of me feels like I should stop procrastinating and do some of the things I've been putting off because the kids are in college. Then the reasonable side of me kicks in and says, but in a couple more years they'll all be done. Naomi, my oldest will finish her Masters Degree in Fine Arts this December!! She's planning on moving home while she is job hunting. Colette just started Vet school. 4 more years to go. This has been her dream since junior high school. I am so glad its a reality for her now. Trenton, my youngest is in his second year of college. Still testing out the waters to see what he wants to do. Maybe its the fact that I am 50, or maybe its seeing another loved one battling cancer, but I am feeling my mortality. My brother-in-law has bladder cancer. At least my husband is back to work finally after a labor day weekend accident that required emergency surgery. He ruptured his bicep trying not to fall when the ladder he was standing on tipped over. On my birthday, I wanted to go to the apple orchard. I was fortunate enough to have Colette home to go with me. My husband is allergic to apples and its not very fun for him to go. Anyway, Here is the Imaginisce layout I created of our outing for the October monthly challenge ...
