Now I am not a Project Lifer so I will apologize right now for you die hard lifers. My life is pretty boring now that my kids have all moved out. So I thought I would scrapbook one of my trips to the Minneapolis Farmer's Market. I usually just go to the Maple Grove Farmer's Market, so this was a real treat. Lucky for me, my 2 girls were home visiting, so they went with me  :)  I choose to use the Authentique Seasons collection (available in the Scraptown Lady store) because it has journal spots on the paper. I am also using a My Favorite Things Fishtail Flags Die-Namics die from the Scraptown Lady store. You can see it next to my journal spot. I don't know how I lived without this set of dies for so long. I have been using it on almost everything.

Farmer's Markets are much more than fruits and vegetables. You will find cheese, bread, plants, artwork, crafts, entertainment, and food! I had to take a picture of this Hmong woman selling her snakes and lizards because when my kids were little, they would beg me to buy them one. What's new... the entertainment. Look at that guy juggling knives and fire for a few dollars! Here is a close up of my girls picking out honey sticks.

I love how my title turned out. See the bicycle pattern paper in my negative space ...

So be green. Shop your local Farmer's Market. You may be pleasantly surprised.
